The Prima Taste Singapore Curry Ready-to-Cook Sauce Kit (300g) is an authentic, Halal-certified meal base that allows you to recreate a rich, coconut-based Singaporean curry at home. Known for its premium quality, the kit includes two key components—Curry Paste and Curry Premix (dehydrated coconut milk)—to ensure a perfectly balanced, creamy gravy.

Quick Cooking Guide

1. Boil: Add the Curry Paste to 400ml of water and bring to a boil.
2. Simmer: Add 600g of chicken (bone-in preferred) and 150g of potato chunks. Simmer covered for 10 minutes on medium heat.
3. Finish: Mix the Curry Premix with 260ml of water, add to the pot, and simmer uncovered for 7 minutes on low heat (do not let it boil vigorously).

Singapore Curry Premix: (Dehydrated) Coconut Milk Powder [Coconut Milk Solid, Maltodextrin, Sodium Caseinate (Milk)], Sugar, Salt, Yeast Extract.
